Official Conference Hotel for AGM 2025

WUN has secured a guaranteed rate and favorable booking/cancellation conditions with the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, which will serve as the official conference hotel for AGM 2025. We encourage delegates to stay at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, as daily transportation will depart from and return to this location. Additionally, some events during the AGM will be held at the hotel.

1 King Bed / 2 Twin Beds Room (Mountain View)

• Room with One daily breakfast: HK$1,100

• Room with Two daily breakfasts: HK$1,250

1 King Bed / 2 Twin Beds Room (Harbour View)

• Room with One daily breakfast: HK$1,280

• Room with Two daily breakfasts: HK$1,430

1 King Bed Club Access Room (Mountain View)

• Single Occupancy: HK$1,500

• Double Occupancy: HK$1,900

• Third person charge: HK$440 + 10% service charge + 3% hotel accommodation tax per night.

• Children under 12 years old: No additional charge when sharing with adults.

Please note that no rooms have been reserved in advance. Bookings will be accepted based on availability at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin. These special rates are valid until Friday, 18 April 2025.

Requests received on or after Friday, 18 April 2025 will be confirmed at the standard rate and are subject to availability.

Validity Period:

• The above rates are valid for stays from 19 – 24 May 2025.

Credit Card Guarantee:

• A credit card guarantee is required at the time of reservation.

• Bookings without a credit card guarantee will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a one-night cancellation fee.

2. Late amendments to the arrival date within 48 hours of arrival will incur a one-night room charge as a penalty.

3. No-shows will result in full room charges for the entire stay.

Check-In Time:

• Rooms are generally available for check-in after 3:00 PM.

• Guests arriving before this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available.

• For guaranteed early check-in, we strongly recommend reserving and paying for the room the night before.

Check-Out Time:

• Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

• Guests requiring late checkout should request this at the time of reservation.

  • Late checkout until 6:00 PM: 50% of the group room rate, subject to availability.

  • Late checkout after 6:00 PM: Full group room rate.

All charges (room and incidental expenses) must be guaranteed by an individual credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. These charges are to be settled by the individual guest prior to departure
